5 Generations

I loved Megan's ideas with the hands so we did lots of hand shots Saturday. Thanks for the great idea. It is amazing that all my kids grew up with a Great Grandma and now their kids are meeting her. I was 15 when my Great Grandma "Granny" died. Yet the memories I have of her is of being very old and decrepit and she died in her 80's! She did not do anything except come to our house and sit in a chair as I remember. She wasn't crocheting or talking up a storm or wanting to feed you. Grandma Lowry is still way younger in person then Granny ever was. But I do know that my Dad said that Granny was very kind and loving to him and he remembers her very fondly. Peggy might have a total different memory of Granny. I do not want to ever go by the name "Granny" by the way. Yet it seems so right to call my Great Grandma Maggie Lowry "Granny"
